Cook Forest In Winter
Weather you are here in Cook Forest State Park in a Cabin or just here for the day there are many exciting things going on in the Cooks Forest Cabins area. We have cross Country skis and skates for rent. Hiking in the Cathedral area of the State Park is unbelievable in winter. There is a skating pond up the Clarion River about a half mile. It has a shelter and a fire ring to keep warm. Next to that is a sled riding slope that is fun for all ages. Most guests to Cook Riverside like to start a nice fire in their fireplace and enjoy to company of their friends and family.
